Benefits

Mobile learning is a progressive style of learning that can be completed just about anywhere and at anytime. Listed below are the four main types of learning experiences and the embedded benefits that can be achieved through this process.

21st Century Learning

Mobile learning can provide a 21st-century learning experience that enables students to practice and attain essential technical and life skills.

Due to the portability of mobile devices, learners can make their education an on-the-go experience. Learning becomes seamless when mobile learning bridges learning in-class and learning on-the-go.

Seamless and Ubiquitous Learning

Social Learning

Mobile social learning allows users to interact with others in social networks. Learners can interact with their social networks on the go, and share, critique, and discuss the learning context with their peers.

Game-based Learning

Learning can be fun and interactive by engaging in game-based activities. Learners act as game players who solve problems that are presented in unique scenarios.
